产品概述

TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD technology delivers the full-color, high-resolution display performance that modern products demand. Unlike monochrome LCD technologies, TFT displays use an active matrix architecture — with a dedicated transistor for each pixel — to achieve fast refresh rates, high contrast ratios, and vivid color reproduction. Relialink’s TFT LCD range covers diagonal sizes from 2.4″ to 15.6″ with resolutions from 240×320 QVGA to 1920×1080 Full HD.

Our TFT lineup serves a wide range of application requirements. Compact 2.4″ to 4.3″ modules with SPI or RGB interfaces are ideal for embedded products with small form factors. Mid-size 5″ to 10.1″ panels with MIPI DSI or RGB interfaces are widely used in handheld terminals, HMI panels, and medical devices. Larger 10.1″ to 15.6″ panels with LVDS or eDP interfaces serve industrial workstations, medical monitoring stations, and kiosk applications.

Capacitive touch (multi-touch, 10-point) and resistive touch options are available pre-integrated on most TFT modules, with PCAP controller IC and FPC connector ready for direct MCU connection. High-brightness variants (500–2,000 nits) are available for outdoor and semi-outdoor applications requiring sunlight readability.

All TFT modules are manufactured at Relialink’s ISO 9001:2015 certified Shenzhen facility and comply with RoHS, CE, and FCC requirements. Custom sizes, interfaces, brightness levels, and touch configurations are available for OEM customers.

应用场景

1. Medical Monitors & Equipment: Patient monitors, ventilators, ultrasound machines, and infusion pump displays use TFT LCDs for clear, color-coded vital sign data. We supply with extended temperature ratings, long-term availability commitments, and full quality documentation.

2. Industrial HMI Panels: Factory automation control panels, machine operator interfaces, and supervisory displays use 7″–15.6″ TFT panels for multi-parameter visualization with touch operation.

3. Automotive Infotainment: Dashboard information displays, rear-seat entertainment screens, and EV charging station interfaces use automotive-grade TFT modules with wide temperature range and vibration resistance.

4. POS Terminals & Kiosks: Customer-facing retail displays and self-service terminals use 7″–15.6″ TFT panels with capacitive touch for reliable, high-traffic interaction.

5. Smart Home Controllers: Wall-mounted smart home hubs, video doorbells, and home automation panels use compact 3.5″–7″ TFT displays with capacitive touch.

6. Outdoor Equipment: EV chargers, parking payment terminals, and outdoor information kiosks require high-brightness (700–2,000 nits) TFT displays with anti-glare treatment for daylight readability.

FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between RGB and MIPI DSI interfaces? A: RGB interface sends pixel data in parallel over 16, 18, or 24 signal lines — simple and widely supported by older SoCs and FPGAs. MIPI DSI is a high-speed serial interface that uses fewer pins (typically 4–10 lines for a 4-lane configuration) and supports higher resolutions at lower power. Most modern application processors (NXP i.MX, Rockchip, Allwinner, etc.) support MIPI DSI natively. Please consult your SoC datasheet and contact us to confirm interface compatibility.

Q2: Can I order a TFT module with optical bonding for outdoor use? A: Yes. Optical bonding (OCA or OCR adhesive between the TFT panel and cover glass) significantly improves sunlight readability by eliminating the air gap that causes internal reflection. We offer optically bonded TFT modules for outdoor, industrial, and automotive applications. Lead time is slightly longer for bonded assemblies — typically 3–4 weeks for samples.
