For customers who need more than a display panel — Relialink’s Display PCBA products deliver a complete, ready-to-integrate display subsystem. A display PCBA combines the LCD or TFT panel with the driver IC, power management circuitry, touch controller, and host communication interface on a single board or flexible assembly. The customer connects one cable and sends simple commands — the PCBA handles everything else.
This approach dramatically reduces the engineering effort required on the customer’s main board, eliminates the need for display driver firmware development, and shortens time to market for products with complex display requirements. It is particularly valuable for customers integrating TFT displays with capacitive touch, where independent driver IC selection, power sequencing, and touch firmware development would otherwise require weeks of engineering time.
Relialink designs display PCBA solutions around customer requirements. Common configurations include: TFT panel + MIPI-to-parallel bridge board, TFT panel + touch controller + UART/USB interface board, large-format panel + LVDS controller board, and custom display + FPGA interface board for industrial applications. All PCBA products are manufactured in-house at our SMT assembly lines under full IQC/IPQC/OQC quality control.
