标题: Our Custom Display Development Process
Step 1: Submit Your Requirements Share your display specification via email or WhatsApp. Useful information includes target display size, resolution, interface, operating environment, quantity, and any reference product or drawing. The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond.
Step 2: Technical Proposal (Within 72 Hours) Our engineering team reviews your requirements and prepares a written technical proposal covering recommended display technology, key specifications, customization approach, estimated NRE (tooling) cost if applicable, unit pricing, and lead time.
Step 3: Sample Development (2–4 Weeks) Upon agreement, our engineers begin developing the custom sample. This includes optical simulation, PCB design (if PCBA is involved), prototype assembly, and functional testing. You receive engineering samples with a test report.
Step 4: Sample Approval You evaluate the samples and provide feedback. We accommodate revision rounds until the sample meets your approval. Most projects require one to two revision cycles.
Step 5: Mass Production Once samples are approved, we proceed to mass production with full 3-stage quality control (IQC, IPQC, OQC). Delivery schedules are agreed upfront and consistently met.
