From incoming materials to outgoing shipment, every order passes through three dedicated quality checkpoints.
IQC — Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials and purchased components — including LCD glass, driver ICs, LED backlights, and connectors — are inspected upon receipt before entering production. Inspection covers dimensional verification, electrical parameter testing, visual defect inspection, and supplier documentation review. Materials that fail IQC are quarantined and returned without exception.
IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
During production, our IPQC team monitors critical process parameters at each manufacturing stage. This includes solder paste volume inspection, component placement accuracy verification, reflow temperature profiling, and functional testing after assembly. Statistical process control (SPC) is applied to detect drift before defects occur. Any out-of-spec finding triggers immediate line stoppage and root cause analysis.
OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Before shipment, every order undergoes outgoing quality inspection based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling standards. OQC covers full functional testing, optical performance measurement, cosmetic inspection, and packaging verification. A quality certificate (COA) and inspection report are generated for each shipment.

Full Batch Traceability
Every product carries a unique batch code for complete material and production history.
Every product manufactured at Relialink carries a unique batch code and, where applicable, a serial number. Our traceability system records the material lot numbers of all major components, production date, line assignment, operator ID, and all inspection results associated with each batch. In the event of a field quality issue, we can trace any returned product back to its raw material sources and production conditions within hours — enabling rapid root cause analysis and targeted corrective action. Traceability records are retained for a minimum of 5 years.
