These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Relialink. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at relialinktech.com ("the Website") or by purchasing products from Relialink Technology Co., Ltd. ("Relialink," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Buyer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and do not place orders with Relialink.
These Terms, together with any written quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), or purchase agreement issued by Relialink, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications or representations.
2. Company Information
Relialink Technology Co., Ltd.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on this Website are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change without notice as part of continuous product improvement. The specifications confirmed in our formal quotation or Proforma Invoice govern any purchase transaction — not website descriptions alone.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the delivered product. Minor cosmetic differences between displayed images and delivered products (e.g., connector color, label placement) do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
For custom display projects, agreed specifications are documented in the Engineering Confirmation Sheet (ECS) or equivalent written document signed by both parties, which governs the custom product requirements.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be itemized separately on the Proforma Invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T / bank wire transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders above USD 20,000, PayPal (for sample orders up to USD 500), Western Union.
Standard Payment Terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance payment prior to shipment. Other terms may be negotiated for established customers and large orders.
Currency Risk: Prices are fixed in USD. Relialink is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations affecting the Buyer's cost in their local currency.
5. Order Placement and Processing
Orders are placed by mutual agreement between the Buyer and Relialink, confirmed in writing via a Proforma Invoice accepted by the Buyer and evidenced by receipt of the deposit payment.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Relialink will schedule production and confirm the estimated delivery date. Production schedules are managed in good faith; Relialink will notify the Buyer promptly of any anticipated delays.
All orders are subject to availability of materials and production capacity. Relialink reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion prior to the issuance of a confirmed Proforma Invoice.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Incoterms: The applicable Incoterms (FOB Shenzhen, CIF, EXW, or DDP) are specified in the Proforma Invoice. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer at the point defined by the agreed Incoterms.
Shipping Methods: Standard shipments are made via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT (air express) or via sea freight for large volume orders, per the Buyer's preference and instruction.
Lead Times: Quoted lead times are estimates based on production capacity at the time of quotation. Lead times begin from receipt of confirmed payment deposit. Relialink will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet quoted lead times but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless a written commitment has been made.
Customs and Import Duties: The Buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and import taxes applicable in the destination country, unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms have been agreed.
7. Sample Policy
Sample units are available for engineering evaluation prior to volume purchase commitment. Sample pricing is at the standard unit price (not subsidized), plus shipping.
For qualified OEM customers with a clear volume production intent, Relialink may at its discretion offer complimentary samples for evaluation — subject to prior discussion and agreement.
Sample unit costs may be credited against a subsequent production order at Relialink's discretion, subject to minimum order quantity requirements.
8. Inspection and Acceptance
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt. Claims for visible damage in transit, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported in writing to sales@relialinktech.com within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
For quality defect claims (latent defects not identifiable on receipt inspection), please refer to Section 9 (Warranty Policy).
9. Warranty Policy
Relialink warrants its standard products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. During this warranty period, Relialink will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue credit for confirmed defective units.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: improper handling or storage, incorrect supply voltage or polarity, electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage, mechanical damage, unauthorized modification, or use outside the rated operating conditions specified in the product datasheet.
Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the Buyer must: (1) notify Relialink in writing with a description and photographic evidence of the defect; (2) receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Relialink; (3) return the defective units freight-prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked. Relialink will inspect returned units and respond within 10 business days.
Limitation of Warranty Liability: Relialink's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement value of the defective units. Relialink is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from product defects.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns of non-defective goods are not accepted unless agreed in writing by Relialink prior to return shipment. Custom-designed products are non-returnable. Returns of standard products authorized by Relialink are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original invoice value.
Refunds for accepted warranty claims or authorized returns will be processed within 30 business days of Relialink's receipt and acceptance of returned goods, via the original payment method where practicable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, product descriptions, technical documents, images, and the Website design — is the property of Relialink Technology Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Website content is prohibited.
For custom display projects developed by Relialink to a customer's specification: tooling and molds paid for by the Buyer remain the Buyer's property. Relialink-developed design elements, optical configurations, and manufacturing processes used in the custom product remain the intellectual property of Relialink unless transferred by separate written agreement.
Product designs, trademarks, and technical data provided by the Buyer for custom development purposes are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Buyer's consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relialink's total liability to the Buyer — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer to Relialink for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Relialink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
13. Force Majeure
Relialink shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, transportation disruptions, or material shortages. Relialink will notify the Buyer promptly of any force majeure event and its expected impact on delivery.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all transactions governed by them shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms or any transaction through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for binding arbitration in Shenzhen, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
15. Changes to These Terms
Relialink reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
